Made Coconut cupcakes with Chocolate Ganache and Caramel icing today :)
Now I’m no fancy schmancy photographer or anything but I thought it’d be fun to start posting on my latest hobby!
I used a recipe from one of the cupcake wars episodes and the whole baking experience can be described in one word: runny. Yuck. I think it’s the worst when you have to work with watery substances when it comes to baking.. my kitchen was left as a sugary,buttery…stiiiicky battlefield.. However, the cupcake itself was moist and delish and despite being super sweet for my taste, the icing gave the whole cupcake a little kick in the flavor department. Annnnd the coconut garnish was a perfect cherry crunch on top!
